It all started with a simple frustration: too many websites looked the same, broke down often, and didn't bring real results for the businesses behind them.
We saw business owners paying monthly for WordPress hosting loaded with plugins, with slow sites vulnerable to attacks. We saw entrepreneurs losing customers at night because nobody was there to answer messages. We saw beautiful brands hidden behind generic websites.
Synq was born as an answer to all of this: custom-coded websites (fast, secure, no WordPress), AI automations that work non-stop on your behalf, and a partner who understands that your website is more than an online brochure — it's a digital employee that needs to deliver results.

It depends on complexity: a simple landing page takes 5–7 days, a brochure site 10–14 days, and a full project with AI automation can take 14–21 days. We agree the exact timeline at the start of the project.
We require a 50% deposit before work begins, without exception. The balance is due on completion and delivery.
Between 1 and 3 rounds, depending on the package. Extra rounds are billed separately at 30 EUR per round.
No. Every site is built on custom code (Next.js / React) rather than template platforms like WordPress — which means better speed, fewer security vulnerabilities and full control over functionality.
Yes. We have monthly maintenance packages (hosting, SSL, backups, updates, support and SEO) starting at 15 EUR/month. Some bundles already include a few months of maintenance for free.
Yes. We do both configured Shopify stores and custom Next.js builds with integrated payments (Netopia / Stripe) and courier integrations (Sameday, Fan Courier, Cargus).
Yes. We work with clients in Moldova, Romania and the diaspora. We communicate online and deliver anywhere.
